Requirements

• 3 plus years in the Hospitality industry is essential, preferably at luxury lodges or resorts.
• Previous recruitment experience not required but a plus
• Position will be remote, so it is essential to have the necessary tools to operate effectively e.g. a reliable internet connection
• Excellent communication, written and computer literacy skills essential
• Outgoing confident individual, with the ability to build strong client and candidate relationships.
• Organised, with the ability to multitask
• Able to work under pressure and think out of the box
• Understanding of Social Media platforms
• Attention to detail
• Self motivated

Commission based salary.
